# Synthetic author's follow-up decisions

These are additional decisions made by the author of this fictional demonstration after reading the recorded review. They were not in the original brief and were not discovered or invented by the reviewing model. They are recorded so the refinement has an explicit basis.

Please draft fixes for the P0 and P1 findings. Keep the rest of the brief's scope and the supplied facts.

1. On a completed response, use the per-project results. Remove newly archived and already-archived projects from the active list and selection. Distinguish newly archived from already archived in the result summary.
2. Keep projects rejected for permission changes in the list, unselected, with their reason shown. Do not offer a plain retry for permission denied. Keep projects with a temporary error selected, show the reason, and allow retry for those projects only.
3. The summary must state the number newly archived, the number already archived and the number not archived. Show each failed project's reason. Never show the unqualified message “Projects archived” on a mixed result.
4. After a timeout, disable resubmission while reading current project states. Remove projects confirmed archived. Offer a new archive attempt only for projects confirmed active and permitted. If current state cannot be confirmed, say that the result is unknown and offer a status check, not a blind archive retry.
5. Do not add a new endpoint, undo or any other excluded feature. Decisions beyond the P0/P1 fixes may remain explicitly open. The goal of this follow-up is to correct the main result and retry behaviour, not to claim that all discovery and rollout decisions have now been settled.
